Reschedule window
Reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
No-show policy
No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit and require a new booking request.
Design approval
Final placement and design are confirmed during consultation and pre-session review.
Age policy
Valid government-issued ID is mandatory. We do not tattoo minors without legal guardian documentation.
